REFUNDS AND Cancellations
We request that all registration cancellations and refund requests be made on or before July 31, 2026 for a full refund. Any cancellations made on or after August 1, 2026 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. We regret that no refunds will be granted for requests made after September 1, 2026; however, you can transfer your registration. Please send all cancellation and refund requests or additional registration assistance inquiries via email to [email protected]. All cancellations must be in writing and will be refunded to the original payment method. SPRF Conference registration does not pertain to any coding reservations or other reservations.
