SPRF 2026 Lantern Awards
The Southern Public Relations Federation (SPRF) recognizes its members' outstanding work product through the annual Lantern Awards program.
Professional and student entries are judged in thirty categories representing long-term strategic programs, short-term strategic programs, and tactical materials. To be eligible, entries must have been produced/appeared in the previous calendar year, January 1 through December 31.
Submissions are scored on their individual merit based on adherence and success utilizing the four-step RPIE process by PR practitioners outside SPRF's four-state region. Award-winning entries demonstrating excellence in process and results are recognized with Certificates of Merit and Awards of Excellence, with top projects and programs earning Lantern Awards. A Best of Tier award winner is selected from the highest-scored Lantern-winning entries in each tier, with the Best of Show award selected from the three Best of Tier winners.
