PHR certification is desired, but will consider applicants with the credentials and experience to become certified. The purpose of this position is to satisfy client job orders by recruiting and placing qualified candidates in various position levels from temporary work to executive/senior level positions. In addition, the purpose of this position is to provide HR expertise as it pertains to various client situations. The recruiter/HR generalist will be responsible for managing the intake/assistant recruiter personnel. Primary job duties include: recruiting candidates for all job orders using a variety of tools and tactics; interviewing and placing candidates; utilizing recruiting software for all tasks; maintaining quality client relationships; provide guidance on HR projects; and, networking to recruit quality candidates and build clientele.

The Lynn Meadows Discovery Center opened in 1998 as the first children’s museum in Mississippi. The museum name honors the memory of Lynn Meadows, Carole Lynn and Joe Meadows’ daughter, who died tragically in a car accident in 1984 while a student at Ole Miss.
