The Southern Public Relations Federation provides a subsidy of up to $100 to SPRF members in good standing who have sat for the Computer-based Examination for Accreditation in Public Relations. There is a limited amount of these reimbursement funds available each year, and the subsidies will be provided on a first come, first serve basis to those whose request is approved.
This subsidy covers a candidate’s application/examination expenses, as well as ancillary expenses that may include study courses, study materials and travel to the testing site. It is expected that candidates making application for these funds have out-of-pocket expenses that exceed any employer-sponsored support or any subsidies received or pending from SPRF member organizations or other professional organizations or sources.
To receive a subsidy, please attach confirmation (receipt preferred) provided by the Prometric showing that you have completed the Computer-based Examination and complete the following:
|Date of Examination:|
(out-of-pocket expenses, up to $100)
Understanding the importance of professional ethics, I attest by signing this form that the subsidy I have requested represents true out-of-pocket expenses that have not be subsidized or reimbursed by my employer, another public relations organization or similar source.

To be considered, subsidy requests must be received within 90 days following the date of examination. Please mail the completed and signed form (with proper documentation) to:
